No apartment in San Terenzo is as comfortable as this one , created especially for you to relax ,with your family. A typical Ligurian home , quiet in the historic center not accessible to cars 100 meters from the sea , with independent entrance,no neighbors to bother you!
And for parking ,we offer it for free to those who book over three nights . Free beach of fine sand , games for children , ferries to the 5 terre , bikes for rent . A fantastic sea promenade !

The space
The apartment is independent, with private access and entirely at your disposal.
The exterior has a small courtyard with a bench to read a book in the cool , breathe the sea breeze , or let the children play in peace , you are in the historic center and totally free of noise.
On the ground floor entrance, kitchen equipped with kitchenette table chair and furnished with stylish furniture, the laundry room that has a washing machine, the bathroom.
Going up 5 steps the bedroom , with a window overlooking the courtyard and a 1 1/2 large double bed.
It continues upstairs with a second bedroom with a bed for two.
The kids have a great time questioning Alexa, Wifi in all rooms .Parking available for guests staying more than 3 nights, but on request we will try to meet if we have it available for those booking for two nights as well

Access for guests
guests can access by self check in , taking the keys from the box, we will provide you with the code .
From the month of June starts the ZTL zone ,but if you inform us about the license plate number , we will put you on the white list , and if you forget , you can still pass as long as you tell us the license plate number within 24 h

In Lerici and San Terenzo the Ztl will be in effect from June 15 to August 30 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and from 1 a.m. to 5 .00 a.m

Starting June 9, the summer schedule of free shuttles (Verde Collinare and Blu Costiera) will come into effect: from 8:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. at 30-minute intervals, it will be possible to use the mobility service completely free of charge

From July 1, the ferry service within the Gulf of Poets will also be operational; the San Terenzo, Lerici and Tellaro line will connect the main landings in the gulf to enjoy the shift itself as well as the destination village.
